I am very interested in understanding and being very involved in the public process regarding this Northmount development. Also, a number of people have turned to me for help in understanding & explaining the Rezoning Application for the Northmount area, File.# OZ 02/023 W1, (30 condominium townhouses and 5 freehold detached dwellings (on lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 R.P. 308). So I would request an appointment so they we can sit down and talk about the process involved in this rezoning and its effects on the existing community. Also, there are a number of persons who would like to form a focus group but have not yet heard from the City when this would take place. This is something we can help move along, as I would wish to be apart of it. I am also interested in any upcoming dates for meetings.
